CDS Monarch provides individuals with developmental disabilities, and their families, the support and opportunities needed to build fulfilling and independent lives as active members of our community. Our services are adapted to the unique needs of our individuals based on the belief that every person deserves the right to both quality and choice of care.
Through our Life Transitions services and Unistel, a subsidiary of CDS Monarch, we are able to assist individuals with transitional and employment needs. We are proud to have added Warrior Salute™ and CDS Monarch Senior Living, expanding our scope of services to Veterans with PTSD and/or TBI, and Senior Citizens.
