Twenty-four honorees—22 individuals and two organizations—have been selected as recipients of the Rochester Business Journal’s 2015 Health Care Achievement Awards. This year’s group is the 13th to receive the awards.

The Health Care Achievement Awards are to be presented March 24 during a luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Rochester. The event recognizes individuals and groups whose contributions to health care have been deemed outstanding by their colleagues, patients and supervisors.

Award nominations were made by community members, who supplied biographies, testimonials and other supporting information. Individuals and groups were eligible for consideration in eight categories: innovation, management, medical professional, nurse, physician, senior care, special needs and volunteer.
