On Monday, July 8th The Wolf Foundation hosted the 26th Annual "Teeing Off for Abilities" Golf Tournament at Locust Hill Country Club, with support from top sponsor, Relph Benefit Advisors. Proceeds from the event benefit new community living options for people with developmental disabilities as well as Veterans in the Warrior Salute™ program. The Wolf Foundation, with the help of many generous supporters, raised a total of $100,000!
“I am very grateful to The Wolf Foundation and all of the event sponsors, participants, volunteers, and staff for helping to raise this money for CDS Monarch. The funds will allow us to pursue new Community Living opportunities for people with developmental disabilities, as well as, provide clinical therapies and other services for our Veterans in the Warrior Salute,” stated Sankar Sewnauth, CDS Monarch President/CEO. “I am so thankful for all of the support that our community continues to show for CDS Monarch. Because of all of you, we are able to make a positive impact in the lives of the people we serve.”
144 golfers came out to support the CDS Monarch mission. The morning kicked off with a flag ceremony presented by Chili American Legion Family Post 1830 Lady Liberties Auxiliary Color Guard and the National Anthem was sung by DannyB, a local singer and Veteran. Raffles and a silent auction were held, as well as several golf contests on the course. Congratulations to the tournament’s winning foursome from Culligan Water.
