The CDS Wolf Foundation hosted its 10th annual Strikes for Abilities Bowling Party Sunday, March 5th at Empire Lanes in Webster where friends and family of CDS Life Transitions all gathered to help raise money for CDS Monarch's Special Olympics teams, recreational activities, the Families in Need Fund and more! The event was presented by Flaherty Salmin CPAs and Gallo & Iacovangelo, Attorneys at Law.

Several generous businesses and individuals also helped raise an additional $1,300 during the “CEO Strike Challenge.” During the 5th frame of the first game, each lane sent up their best team member, and for every lane that bowled a strike $20.00 was donated by President/CEO Sankar Sewnauth and matched by four other sponsors!

The top bowler was awarded to Jim Dibellis, with a score of 278, and the top fundraiser was awarded to Chuckie Dell, raising more than $4,000!

This event was organized by a compassionate group of family and community volunteers. The 2017 Volunteer Committee Chair was Margie Dell (for the sixth year in a row), whose brother Chuckie lives at CDS Monarch’s French Road residence, works at Unistel Industries and is a gold medal winning athlete on CDS Monarch’s Special Olympics team.

On behalf of everyone at the CDS Wolf Foundation, thank you for your support. It's because of your generosity that we can help others succeed.
