The Nucor House in Penfield will soon be adorned with pieces featuring the talents of local area artists.

At this year's Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival, local artists have created a new exhibit inspired by the festival. The exhibit, known as Art at the Jazz Fest!, will run from June 22-June 30th in the lobby of the Rochester Plaza Hotel and Conference Center.

Each artist participating in Art at the Jazz Fest! has offered to donate an original work of art to the Warrior Salute Nucor House. Their art will be brightening the halls of the home as well as the lives of the veterans living there. The artists were recognized for their donation on June 22nd, 2012 from 6pm-9pm.

Some of the artists participating in the exhibit are internationally recognized metal artists Paul and Christine Knoblauch, internationally collected figurative artist Cordell Cordaro, Award Winning Artist and Rochester Institute of Technology Professor Frank Argento, and nationally emerging abstract artist Greg Polisseni. All of the pieces are unique and have been created just for this exhibit.
