On Thursday June 7th, CDS Monarch staff Pam Bolger, Sue Barone, and Penny Bloom took a stand against breast cancer by taking a seat on the roof of the Wolf Life Transitions Center.

Joining them were Sankar Sewnauth, President/CEO of CDS Monarch, Justin Mirando, Director of Residential Services, and Brandon Wilson, Residence Manager, who came out to show their support for the employees and the cause.

The roof sit to raise money and awareness for breast cancer for the 3-day, 60-mile Susan G. Komen walk in August began at 1:00 pm and lasted all the way until 10:00 that night. Their efforts raised a total $875.

Pam, Sue, and Penny would like to thank everyone who stopped by and donated to the cause, and give a shot out to the individuals of Janes Road who supported their residence manager, nurse and behavior specialist.
